REFUND POLICY

What is a refund?
A user may request a refund after going through the verification process if they are unable to access the course because of technical difficulties with the website, do not receive the resources that were promised in the course, or accidentally bought one course instead of another UX Club course.


How to request a refund?
A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if made within 30 minutes  from the time of purchase and the request will have to be made through an email to hello@uxclub.com.bd specifying the student's email address and the phone number used during registration in UX Club.

Conditions when refund request will be considered:
1. Course does not cover the content that was promised to the student

Conditions when refund request will not be considered:
1.    Purchased course is a career set course
2.    Purchased course is an already exchanged course based on a prior refund request
3.    Violation of community guidelines
4.    In case you have submitted the complaint or refund request after 30 minutes from the time of purchase.
5.    If you file a complaint within the 30 minutes or complaint period and earn the course certificate within the next 7-day refund period, you will not be entitled to a refund.
6.    When you request a refund, the refund process will be in progress. Therefore, if you complete an activity (play a video, try a quiz or test, download materials of the specific course) and proceed with the course, you will not be eligible for a refund request.

After a refund request has been processed,, the user will receive a confirmation email or call from from UX Club mentioning the Transaction ID or Reference number. The enrolled course will be deleted from the user profile and if a user wishes to enrol in the course again, s/he will need to re-purchase the course.
Refunds shall be made to the bank, mobile financial services account, or card with which the purchase was made within 10 days of the refund request being successfully processed and approved by UX Club team. A confirmation email will be sent to the user once the process is completed.
